जिन उम्मीदवारों ने विभिन्न राज्यों एवं संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों में मल्टी टास्किंग स्टाफ (गैर तकनीकी) परीक्षा, 2016 का आवेदन भरते समय प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात से पीड़ित होने का दावा किया है वें ये सुनिश्चित कर लें कि वे वास्तव मे प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात से पीड़ित है या नहीं, और यदि है तो क्या उन्हे परीक्षा लिखने के लिए प्रालिपिक की आवश्यकता है। यदि वे वास्तव मे प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात से पीड़ित है तो उन्हे क्षेत्रीय वैबसाइट पर उपलब्ध एक फार्म भरना पड़ेगा। उस फार्म को निम्न लिंक पर क्लिक करके भी खोला जा सकता है:
यदि ऐसे उम्मीदवार 25/03/2017 तक कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देते है तब ये मान लिया जाएगा कि वें न तो प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात से पीड़ित है और न ही उन्हे प्रालिपिक की आवश्यकता है। तदनुसार, कोई अतिरिक्त समय या प्रालिपिक की सहायता प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी। इस संबंध में 25/03/2017 के बाद प्राप्त किसी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Candidates who have claimed to be suffering from Cerebral Palsy while filling up online application form for Multi Tasking (Non- Technical) Staff in Different States and Union Territories Examination 2016 are required to confirm whether they are actually suffering from Cerebral Palsy, and if so, whether they need scribes to write their examination by filling up a form available online on the regional website. The form can be accessed by clicking on the following link:
The link will be available till 25/03/2017. If such candidates do not respond by 25/03/2017, it will be presumed that they are neither suffering from Cerebral Palsy nor require assistance of scribes. Accordingly, no extra time or assistance of scribe will be provided. No further request in this regard will be entertained after 25/03/2017.
